The role requires you to:Deliver Certificate IV in Massage Therapy, Diploma of Remedial Massage – General Program and Diploma of Remedial Massage – Specialisation Program to students in a classroom settingProvide support and feedback to ensure the successful completion of programsMonitor, mark, and conduct student assessmentsPlan, review, and improve training and assessmentParticipate in assessment validation, moderation, and continuous improvementSupervise and administer Student Practical Clinics Key responsibilitiesTrainers and assessors are required to:Inspire and deliver the assigned programs using their extensive knowledge, past experience, and examples guided by comprehensive learning materialsProvide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of programsMonitor, mark, and conduct student assessments Qualifications and Experience:A strong passion for the Massage IndustryKeen interest in teaching others about the Massage IndustryCurrent membership of an Australian professional body that represents Massage TherapistsContinuing professional development requirements of the professional body to which they belongA relevant vocational qualification at the Diploma of Remedial Massage levelMinimum of 5 years of industry/professional experienceCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher or equivalentHLTAID003 Apply First Aid.
